Industrial PlantProcessing of chemical compounds requires very specialized equipment and safety procedures. We worked with the plant manager of this chemical company in Brooklyn, New York to raise the roof of the mixing area. This created the space to have level platforms from which the product could be loaded into the mixing drums.

Lowenstein & Sons Hi Tech WarehouseAfter the industrial product had been processed and packaged, the client needed a storage facility with a super flat floor . This facility utilized radio controlled high stack rack system to maximize palette storage. Again they call upon our office to design their existing timber frame structure into a modern warehouse building.

Chemical LabAdditionally for this same company we redesigned and enlarged their chemical testing labs.

IGFED Supply Corp officeThe project involved tight design constraints. We had to take an area in which four people worked and make it useable for over twenty. The uses include: purchasing, sales, new products, human resources, and each department's manger.  The plant's location is in Long Island City, NY.  Letter of reference.

Maintenance & Vehicle StorageThis cemetery in Queens, New York needed to house  maintance and repair equipment.  We designed this new structure to compliment the other period style buildings on the site.

Zero International World Headquaters officeThis newly created office space utilized unused second floor storage. It freed up valuable ground floor area for manufacturing and shipping space.
