Description: This project was extremely challenging in that we had to reuse the foundation of a 100 year old structure and comply with the NYC Natural Area Zoning rules of the Riverdale Estate area. This estate utilized re-cut stone matched with new cast limestone panels, a cooper standing seam roof and custom windows.
